Podczas oblężenia Colchester, wieża została uderzona ogniem przez armaty wroga i Humpty został strącony. Tak w rzeczywistości nikt nie wie czy strącenie Humpty Dumpty było zamierzone ale już wiesz o czym na prawdę jest ten wierszyk:
